Our consultation fee is $250 and includes an in-person site visit to discuss your design goals and style. Fee must be paid before booking confirmed. (Locations 10 miles beyond will incur a mileage fee.) We will follow-up with a recap email to summarize all the details discussed and your custom Pnterest board to start the design process. If you decide to proceed with a design package, we will apply the fee towards the price.

First we schedule a consultation and conduct a site visit to discuss your design goals and style. Once we’ve established the goal, our team of designers work on creating your custom design. Timeline estimated 3-4 weeks to receive your first draft for review and feedback. First round of edits are included with any of the design packages, additional edits is an extra cost.

We provide a comprehensive site map for our landscape designs and detailed moodboards with materials and finishes so you can choose to execute the project yourself or delegate it a contractor. We can connect you to trusted local contractors that can help bring your dreams to reality.

Our team is comprised of talented designers with a deep knowledge of plantings and are up to date on the latest trends on exterior styles. Any major changes to a landscape’s grade or dealings with wetlands require a landscape architect’s oversight. We offer design recommendations on exterior home finishes and additions but our clients must communicate to us their zoning allowances if there are any structural additions.
